Microsoft changed the way it works and now MFP can no longer be DLed from their web site. Sounds like the system shipped with the N version of Windows 10 - in which case youll need to download and install the media features pack - or use another free PDF reader (Adobe, Foxit, etc.). However, after upgrading to Win10 2004, I face an issue. Usually, this was done by downloading the latest version of the MFP from the Microsoft web site. Whenever I update Windows, I also need to re-install the Media Feature Pack in order to be able to do many things like playing a video on Youtube. I'm running the 'N' version of Windows 10 (Education version provided by my institute).
